The 3rd workshop for mentors of professional practice outside the university was held

The workshop for mentors of professional practice outside the university was held on February 24, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A total of 24 people were present at the workshop. The workshop was held at the Geotechnical Faculty in the IT lecture hall. The workshop was led by Zelena energetska zadruga (ZEZ) with the support of other project partners. In addition to the professional practice mentor, two female students also participated in the workshop and talked about their experience at the professional practice conducted at Geotehnical Faculty.

The goal of the workshop was to familiarize mentors outside the university with the system of professional practice at the Geotechnical Faculty and train them to monitor, evaluate and evaluate the students they mentor. An additional goal of the workshop is to acquaint mentors with the way of applying experiential techniques and work methods and to develop their communication skills and techniques so that the cooperation between mentors and practitioners is as successful as possible.

Also, at the workshop for professional practice mentors Jelena Loborec presented the GOSSIP platform and its work model. The participants of the mentoring workshop used computers purchased within the framework of the ESF project, so that they could independently use the online system for conducting professional practice on a real example.
